Galaya Bandura Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 tsp salt
Galaya Bandura Method:
1. Saute the pine nuts in the oil until light brown, then remove from the oil.
2. Finely chop the tomato
3. Cut the garlic and saute in the oil until light brown, add chopped tomatoes and salt and then cook for 5 mins bringing to the boil, stirring constantly.
4. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 mins.
5. Pour in a shallow serving dish and garnish with the pine nuts.
